Proverb Gets Real On Suicide And Cheating

Mac G recently had radio personality, rapper and Idols SA judge Proverb as his guest this past Thursday on his popular Podcast And Chill. a number of the topics they touched on included suicide, infidelity in relationships and more.

Speaking on his relationship with late rapper HHP, Verb revealed that that they had not spoken in a while before he passed on.

“We drifted apart within the last few years.” He said. I didn’t make it to his funeral because i used to be too personally suffering from it and also because my mom had just gave up the ghost . While i used to be still mourning a really good friend of mine passed on also .”

Mac G was surprised when he acknowledged that the radio personality once attempted to require his life away. However, Proverb said that nobody is resistant to pain in life no matter how successful you’re .

“No amount of cash , no amount of gigs can shield you from difficulties. I’m a person’s being Mac G. I even have encountered my very own challenges.”He said. “At the time, how I chose to affect , I obviously regret now. But i do not regret the teachings I learnt from it and who I’ve become as a results of it and since of that, i do not regret what happened either.”

Although the experience took its toll on him, it’s made him a stronger person . “I’m actually happy it did because i’d not be who i’m had it not happened.” However, he doesn’t encourage anyone to aim or maybe believe suicide. “I obviously don’t encourage anybody to try to to it you recognize . i attempted committing suicide but I just didn’t die. you would like to read the book. As I say, i do not know if you religious in the least but God works in mysterious way man, I even have never had as clear a perspective as since the day i attempted . you recognize what I mean?”

What made his wife’s cheating even harder in touch was the very fact everything was within the spotlight. “It was playing call at front of my family, ahead of the planet every two seconds. i used to be within the tabloids. And here’s the kicker Mac G. On Sundays, I should still get out and smile and still give out numbers with everybody. For me, it had been amplified by the very fact that it happened on the planet stage.”

Despite all that happened, he’s not judgemental of what his ex-wife did to him.
‘I’m not judgemental of anybody. Until you in their shoes and may walk a mile in their shoes, then you’ll comment. I pass no judgement, i feel we are all liable for ourselves and that i can only account on behalf of me . I even have no judgement.”
