Lerato Kganyago has been one of the top vocal female celebrities who spoke openly about her troubles with fertility and helped other women extend the way. Lerato suffered two miscarriages when she was five months in and also suffered the loss of her friend and lover.
The internet isn’t open space for the sensitive and weak at the bottom; however, for Lerato Kganyago, she deals with the trolls head-on. The radio personality recently shared pictures of her baecation with rumored fiance, Thami Ndlala; however, she never confirmed nor denied the speculation.
Showing off her getaway together with her spouse, LKG saw tons of negativity from trolls and slammed one who meddled in her business.
The troll instructed her to return from her baecation pregnant. A comment which was deemed bad by many of her followers, considering the very fact that the it’s general knowledge that Lerato suffers from fertility issues.
Shooting back at the troll, Lerato asked the tweep why her womb is any of his concerns.
The aggressive yet now-deleted clap-back was applauded by many; however, she got obviate it after her followers dragged her into listening to the criticism and ignore those who wish her well.
Revealing about the ordeal, which took place after five months of pregnancy, she said: “I was admitted, and after my doctor did a scan she told me I had miscarried. I sat on the single bed numb. I called my mom and my ex, who both cried. I’m still healing. I’m not able to have another child,” she said, adding that she felt guilty and blamed herself for everything.
Lerato said she felt flawed as a lady after the miscarrying two babies. “I have only spoken about the (most recent) one because it had been the one that affected me the foremost . That was once I really wanted to possess a toddler ,” Lerato said during a 2017 interview on Real Talk. She underwent therapy to assist her deal with the loss.
Despite her heartache, Lerato has not given abreast of at some point, becoming a mom. She says she is still considering adoption as an option. Lerato utilized her social media platforms to teach people about adoption option. She informed her Twitter followers in 2017 that adoption is “not a white thing.”
