Bella Shmurda Vows to Care for Mohbad’s Son
Popular singer Bella Shmurda has made a heartfelt promise to take care of the child left behind by his late friend and colleague, Mohbad.
In a message shared via his Instagram story, the singer expressed the difficulty he’s had in coping with the loss of Mohbad. Bella Shmurda revealed that he has turned to alcohol as a way to deal with the grief.
He expressed regret that Mohbad’s son, Abiola Imole, whom he named after his late friend, would grow up without knowing his namesake. However, Bella Shmurda pledged to preserve Mohbad’s legacy and ensure the well-being of his son, Liam.
In his message, accompanied by a photo of Mohbad, Bella Shmurda wrote: “You told me to stop it [mourning]. I’ve been trying. I just hope you’re okay where you are, because I have not been happy for days. I’ve been drinking and going back and forth on how to move on.
“It’s said that Abiola Imole will never get to know you. But be rest assured that I will tell your story. And I will definitely take care of our son. I’m passing all the love to our sons. Lol. Lowkey, I’m Bell and Sons Inc.”
