Court has ordered a lady to refund transport money worth ZMW 410 she ate and failed to turn up

A Kenyan Court has ordered a lady to refund transport money worth Kenyan Sh3,000( about ZMW 410) she ate and failed to turn up.
According to Kenyan media, court ruled in favor of the man after he presented both mobile money statements and WhatsApp chats to prove his case. Basing on the above, a judge ruled in his favor.
The lady was ordered to payback the initial,000( ZMW 410) plus an additional interest of,000( ZMW,412) and,000( ZMW 88, 714) for causing the man emotional distress.
