The post states: “The Presidential Candidate of our esteemed party, the @OfficialPDPNig, in the Presidential election held on February 25, 2023, and former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Atiku Abubakar, GCON, Wazirin Adamawa, @atiku will be addressing a vital Press Conference on issues of significant national importance.”

It is worth noting that the Supreme Court, in a unanimous verdict delivered by the lead justice of a seven-justice panel, Justice Inyang Okoro, dismissed the appeal filed by Atiku and his Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, challenging the election victory of President Bola Tinubu. The court ruled that Atiku’s appeal lacked merit.
