Cassper Nyovest’s album release for Any Minute Now has his fans instigating an AKA comment, referred to as his arch-enemy. The rapper, who seemed to be minding his business on social media while the Tweeps fawned over Cassper, was dragged into their tweets, as they began asking him why he hasn’t commented on Cassper’s New Music.
One of Cassper’s followers tweeted, “What nice about @AnyMinuteNow is that the entire album is good and he didn’t even need to mention @akaworldwide to urge attention from us…”. Noticing the discuss his timeline, AKA responded with, “Yet here you’re mentioning me.” The rapper’s fans ran to his defense and commenced attacking the Tweep to refuel the feud between the long-time rivals.
Cassper’s fans once more jumped in and felt as if AKA was the one to start things copy, by choosing to answer the hater publicly. Many began calling him out for not taking the high road and claimed that he was jumping on Cassper’s train to seek attention. Tshepi tweeted, “And yet you are serving the attention,” to which AKA responded, “Shut up. You sound silly as hell.”
The rivalry between the AKA and Cass dates back years because it appears that there can’t be two Kings sitting on the S.A Hip Hop throne. A couple of weeks ago, as Cassper continued to psych up the album, AKA updated fans on his projects’ progress, which many concluded as his way of throwing shade at Cassper. AKA is yet to comment positively or negatively on Any Minute Now’s discharge, leaving both rappers’ fans to return up with their conspiracy theories.
